Celene Haque Tanner loves building systems that help the Water Foundation run smoothly. She started her career in executive search, collaborating with nonprofits and foundations to advance equitable hiring practices and build inclusive teams. As a founding team member at GoodCitizen, a nonprofit executive search firm, she led the development of scalable processes, technology adoption, and operational infrastructure. She brings a strong track record in project management, vendor and stakeholder coordination, and process improvement. Celene holds a B.A. in political science and a B.A. in global development from Seattle Pacific University.
