Lila Glick builds and engages philanthropic partnerships and manages the Water Foundation’s resource development and grant writing. Most recently, she served as senior development officer of Institutional Giving at American Jewish World Service (AJWS), a grantmaking and advocacy organization pursuing human rights and climate justice in 18 countries across the Global South. During her tenure at AJWS, she fostered institutional partnerships and individual giving, led proposal and report writing, organized donor and community engagement events, and managed a next generation giving program. Lila holds a B.A. in anthropology and French from Pomona College and an M.S. in development studies from the University of Cambridge.
