Ava Farriday (she/her)

Ava Farriday serves as a Program Associate at the Water Foundation, working alongside Senior Program Officer Alex Paxton on the LA County Safe Clean Water Program. Ava formerly worked at Heal the Bay as a Watershed Program Coordinator also for the Safe Clean Water Program, working at the intersection of community engagement and stormwater capture. She is excited to further her career with the Water Foundation to aid Los Angeles in becoming a more climate resilient place to live. Before diving into the water world, Ava earned her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Geography from Cal Poly SLO, with a focus on environmental studies. She is based in Los Angeles and in her free time enjoys figure skating, going to concerts, and traveling.
