Kat Deiter is the Strategic Partnerships Officer at the Water Foundation. Kat brings almost a decade of experience in nonprofit development, with a focus on grant writing, donor engagement, and strategic fundraising.
Prior to joining the Water Foundation, Kat held fundraising roles across education, arts, and health sectors, where she secured major institutional support and helped organizations navigate changing philanthropic landscapes. She is especially passionate about the intersection of storytelling and systems change, and she approaches her work with a strong belief in equity, collaboration, and long-term sustainability.
